Sunflower micro greens are our all time favorite microgreen! They are large, substantial greens that are crunchy and have a pleasant nutty flavor. We love to use them as a base for any salad. They make an excellent addictive snack.

The thin microgreens contain a robust flavor, similar to mustard but much less spicy. It can add depth to any dish that requires fresh greens–or in this case, reds! It’s striking colors make at a great garnish or an addition to any micro greens salad.

Our home favourite Pea Shoots are sweet and tender like the nicest sugar snap peas, munched raw right out of the pot. The tendrils add a unique texture while the stems have the same familiar crunch and sweet flavor of full grown peas. They are full of antioxidents, enzymes and vitamins.

A very popular herb with bright, citrusy flavor. An elegant way to add cilantro flavor to dishes, compared to using the standard, full-size chopped leaves. Widely used in Mexican, Asian, and fusion cuisine and a nice flavor component in fish and seafood dishes. Coriander microgreens are also delicious added to scrambled eggs, in salsas and guacamole, on top of tacos and curries and in dips. In addition to the excellent flavour, cilantro microgreens are highly nutritious.
